Dear Mother,
Spent the day enjoying a pass
in Pearl Harbor, Honolulu, Waikiki, and surrounding areas. Had many
opportunities to purchase and enjoy a number of chocolate milks, ice tea, hamburghs
-- and milk. Naturally I had a steak dinner -- at a very nice Jap restaurant.
Also went swimming, again, and took in a movie. Had a little difficulty getting
back -- no one seemed to want to go where I did.
Will certainly be glad when
you receive my permanent address; it takes so damn long for mail to reach me.
